- Supporting recruitment, interviewing and candidate assessment activity
- Developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Supporting performance management and annual review processes

- Producing regular HR reports and analysing people data
- Supporting monthly payroll processes and ensuring HR data is accurate
- Providing general HR administration and day-to-day support across the employee lifecycle

You’ll ideally have:

- 3+ years' practical experience in a generalist HR role
- CIPD qualification, part qualification or equivalent relevant HR experience
- Strong and current knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Experience managing a broad range of employee relations matters
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Exposure to organisational change and change management
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data and reporting
- Experience using HRIS and payroll systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A confident, consultative approach with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Resilience and discretion when dealing with sensitive or complex situations
- Experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition
- An understanding of performance management and employee development

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and providing practical HR solutions, rather than simply following process.
