| Company: Fast Paced Manufacturing Company Vacancy: HSE Coordinator - Single site Salary: £35,000 per annum + Benefits Location: Lancaster Do you want to grow and develop your HSE Skills with a people centric company? Do you want to be able to provide a factory with visible and proactive safety support? If so, this could be the right opportunity for you! Seeking a proactive and positive, HSE coordinator to support the regional HSE Manager with day-to-day site activities on site. This will be a hands on, boots on the ground position, where you will be able to engage with the workforce and influence change. Working closely with different departments and the newly appointed senior leadership team, to help them evolve their safety culture to more of a proactive state.  You will gain exposure to exciting site projects and share best practice across the wider group.  This opportunity would suit a confident safety professional, able to work independently with guidance; who is looking to grow, develop and mature with the business. This position will be well supported and coached by HSE Manager and Head of HSE , as well as the wider team. Ideal background, experience, and qualifications: - NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety - Essential - NEBOSH Environment OR IEMA – Desirable  - Knowledge of working within ISO 45001, 14001 frameworks - Desirable - Between 1-3 years Health and Safety experience - General manufacturing or logistics experience but ideally from a food, beverage, bakery, agriculture, paper or packaging manufacturing background Ideal Personality Requirements: - Positive and energetic in their approach - Hands on, confident professional who likes to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in - Proactive, supportive, and engaging - Problem solver who can communicate well with the workforce from factory floor to senior leadership level. - Wanting to learn and grow with a company Interested? Apply now for immediate consideration: sophia.darwin@hserecruitment.co.uk // 0121 454 5000 Alternatively, if you know of anyone who may be interested in this opportunity, please forward on our details. |
