HVAC Installations Manager - 65K + Car

About the Company

We are currently representing a well-established HVAC specialist based in Buckinghamshire that has been successfully operating since 2013. Due to continued growth and expansion of their retail service portfolio, they are looking to appoint a HVAC installations manager for their growing installations team. 

The business employs a team of skilled HVAC engineers and works with a number of major retail and luxury brand clients, delivering high-quality HVAC service and facilities management solutions.

The Role

As Installations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of HVAC installations works across various high end commercial contracts. You will act as the key point of contact between clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure works are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

 
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the delivery of HVAC service, maintenance, and reactive works across multiple retail sites

- Coordinate and schedule works for a team of in-house engineers

- Act as the main point of contact for client relationships and service delivery

- Monitor contract performance and ensure service level agreements are met

- Manage client portals and reporting systems

- Support contract negotiations, renewals, and service improvements

- Liaise with internal helpdesk teams to prioritise and allocate works

- Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards

- Provide technical support to engineers where required

- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency

Requirements – Essential

- Able to build relationships with main contractors, clients and other parties

- Understanding of project management principles’.

- Familiar with construction methodologies and procedures.

- Willing to travel to customer sites, which may include staying away overnight.

- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.

- Ability to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve best results.

Systems & Equipment Covered
The engineering team works across a range of HVAC systems including:

- VRV / VRF systems

- Split and Multi-Split Air Conditioning Systems

- Comfort Cooling DX Units

- Air Handling Units (AHUs)

Skills & Experience

- Experience within the HVAC installations and Project Management

- Previous experience in project management

- Strong organisational and scheduling skills

- Experience managing engineers or subcontractors

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Good understanding of HVAC service and maintenance operations

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits

- £50,000 – £65,000 depending on experience

- Car Allowance (worth 6K).
