| Hygiene Operative We are seeking a dedicated and thorough Hygiene Operative to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our facilities in our Wellingborough warehouse. This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and compliant working environment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform deep cleaning of designated areas, machinery, and equipment according to established schedules and hygiene protocols. - Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations. - Handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly. - Report any maintenance issues, damage, or hygiene concerns to the supervisor promptly. - Follow all company policies and procedures related to hygiene, safety, and operational standards. - Assist with waste management and disposal. - Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities as required. Working Hours & Pay: - Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week - Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - Shift Times: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night Shift) - Pay Rate: £15 per hour Requirements: - Proven experience in a cleaning or hygiene role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and hygiene standards. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. - Good communication skills. - Physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and standing for long periods. - Reliability and punctuality are essential.
