Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced Hygiene Operative to join a busy factory team based on the outskirts of Skegness. This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous hygiene or cleaning experience to secure ongoing work with the potential for further opportunities.
Location
* Based between Wainfleet and Croft, near Skegness
* Own transport is essential due to site location
* No public transport links are available to the site
Shift Pattern
* Monday - Friday
* 4pm - 11pm
Pay Rate
* £14.08 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out cleaning duties across the factory site
* Power washing production and work areas
* General cleaning and housekeeping duties
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
* Ensuring all areas meet health and safety requirements
* Supporting different departments as required
What We're Looking For
Experience
* Previous hygiene operative or industrial cleaning experience is essential
* COSHH experience or qualifications would be advantageous
Skills & Attributes
* Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual cleaning duties
* Flexible and willing to assist across different departments
* Able to work independently using own initiative
* Strong awareness of health and safety standards
* Reliable and committed to maintaining high hygiene standards
