| Interior Designer Sales-Focused Salary: £24,000–£35,000 + uncapped commission | Full-Time We’re working with a luxury interiors business in North West London, looking for a talented Interior Designer with a strong sales focus. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who loves crafting stunning interiors while driving furniture and design service sales. What You’ll Be Doing - Develop design concepts, mood boards, and client proposals for high-end residential projects - Source and procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that align with client needs - Conduct site visits, take measurements, and attend client meetings - Create technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD or similar software - Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly - Drive sales of interior design services and luxury furniture solutions What We’re Looking For - 3+ years’ experience in residential interior design in the UK - Proven track record in sales within design or furniture retail (minimum 3 years) - Strong knowledge of FF&E sourcing and procurement - Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Excel - Detail-oriented with excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects independently and confidently What’s On Offer - £24,000–£35,000 per annum (depending on experience) - Uncapped commission (typically £2,000–£5,000 per month) - 28 days holiday (bank holiday work may be required) - Ongoing training, team-building, and career development opportunities - Work in one of London’s most inspiring showrooms with a collaborative, creative team - Opportunity to work on high-end projects and expand into full interior design Role Details - Job Type: Full-time - Experience: - Interior Design – 3+ years - Sales – 3+ years - AutoCAD – 3+ years (preferred) If you’re passionate about design, confident with clients, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end interiors environment, this is the role for you, please appy now. |
