Following a period of exceptional growth, they're creating a brand-new Internal Sales Account Manager - a unique opportunity for someone who wants to truly make it their own while playing a vital part in the company's continued success. What you'll be doing: As Internal Sales Account Manager, your focus will be on upselling service and warranty packages to both new and existing customers by understanding their key needs and providing the best-fit solutions. You'll build strong, long-term relationships with your accounts through proactive communication - phone, email, and in-person visits. You'll also: - Cross-sell within existing accounts to uncover new opportunities - Tailor and amend customer service contracts based on specific requirements - Collaborate with the wider sales and operations teams to deliver seamless support - Take the initiative to deepen customer engagement and ensure maximum account coverage This isn't a numbers game - it's about quality, consultative sales and becoming a trusted partner to your clients. What we're looking for: - Proven experience in a similar account management or consultative sales role - Background in manufacturing, engineering, or a related B2B technical market is ideal - A natural relationship builder with a proactive, customer-first mindset - Confident tailoring solutions and spotting opportunities for upsell or cross-sell - Comfortable with occasional UK travel for face-to-face client meetings - A collaborative, forward-thinking team player who adapts to different markets and client types The Package: - Crawley, office based - Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm - £35,000-£38,000 DOE + Bonus (after probation) Why Join?
