| Sheridan Maine Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Specialists are delighted to be supporting a highly regarded investment firm in Chichester with the recruitment of an Investment Operations Associate.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in investment management, financial data, and client service, looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment. You’ll play an important role within the team, supporting the smooth management of client investment portfolios and ensuring accurate reporting and excellent client care.  Your day-to-day will be varied, including: - Supporting the team with a range of client management and portfolio administration tasks - Preparing meeting materials, updating databases, and maintaining accurate client records - Assisting with client onboarding and portfolio setup using internal systems - Producing and checking performance and cost data, resolving discrepancies and liaising with relevant teams - Assisting with reporting, including monthly summaries, quarterly valuations, and annual tax packs - Monitoring performance thresholds and ensuring clients are notified when required - Providing accurate and timely responses to client queries - Assisting with placing trades under supervision and monitoring transactions  About you: - Experience in an investment, finance, or client services environment (ideally within wealth or asset management) - A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload - Strong analytical and Excel skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - A calm, professional manner and a natural ability to build relationships - Ideally, you’ll have (or be working towards) the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) or similar qualification  What’s on offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Study support for relevant industry qualifications - A supportive, professional, and friendly team environment  If you’re looking for a varied and rewarding role within a respected investment business, we’d love to hear from you.  Sheridan Maine, specialising in accountancy & finance recruitment across the South Coast, placing talented professionals in permanent, interim, and contract roles across Dorset, Hampshire, and West Sussex.  You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.  Due to the high volume of applications we receive it is not always possible to respond to unsuccessful applicants.
