Junior Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Berkshire

Fulltime, Permanent - Hybrid considered

My client is looking for a talented junior solicitor to join their highly respected clinical negligence team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in claimant clinical negligence work who is ready to develop their skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.

You’ll work closely with senior solicitors on a varied caseload, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of clinical negligence claims—from initial enquiries and investigations to settlement negotiations and litigation

The role will involve:

• Assisting senior team members with the management of clinical negligence files
• Conducting legal research, drafting correspondence, witness statements, and court documents
• Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and other stakeholders
• Reviewing medical records and preparing chronologies
• Supporting the team with case preparation for conferences, mediations, and hearings
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

• A qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) with experience or a strong interest in clinical negligence
• A confident communicator with excellent client-care skills
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Motivated to build a long-term career in claimant clinical negligence work
  Experience in personal injury or healthcare-related litigation is desirable but not essential
