The successful Junior Sous Chef will become part of a talented management team responsible for all culinary operations across these outlets, producing award?winning modern British dishes with creativity, precision, and consistency. Junior Sous Chef Benefits:

• £18.26 per hour + annual bonus.
• 40 hour contract, hourly paid overtime.

Junior Sous Chef Requirements:

• A competent and experienced Junior Sous Chef who can confidently operate across all outlets within this multi?faceted hotel.
• A strong leader and motivator, capable of guiding and developing junior members of the brigade.
• A creative chef with the ability to contribute to seasonal, modern British menu development.
• A Junior Sous Chef with a stable employment history and excellent references, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
• A hands?on, self?motivated individual with a minimum of four years’ experience in professional kitchens.
• This role may also suit an experienced Chef de Partie seeking their first step into a Junior Sous Chef position and ready to take on greater responsibility.
