Junior Sous Chef - City Centre Bar and Restaurant (accommodation available) - Inverness

• £33,500 per annum, plus a share of tips based on hours worked

We are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for a city centre bar and restaurant in Inverness. This is a hands on Junior Sous Chef position supporting the senior kitchen team across daily operations and service, running sections through busy periods, and helping with stock, ordering and the training of junior chefs.

It would suit candidates who are experienced at Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie level looking for their next step, or a Junior Sous Chef wanting a move into a larger group with room to progress. The group operates a number of venues across the Highlands and continues to grow, so there is genuine scope for the right Junior Sous Chef to move up.

The accommodation is worth noting if you are considering a move to the area, as temporary accommodation is available for up to three months while you get settled.
