Key Account Manager– Special Events Company (Pershore) Pershore |Full-time | £30,000–£35,000 Are you organised, detail-driven, and passionate about turning exciting events into seamless experiences? We’re a vibrant special events company based in Pershore, and we’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our lively team and play a key role in the smooth running of our operations. Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities Focus Areas: Client Retention | Relationship Management | Account Growth Direct Responsibilities include: Client Relationship & Retention - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, fostering strong long-term relationships - Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to maintain high client satisfaction - Resolve escalated client concerns promptly, ensuring trust and continued engagement. Account Growth & Strategy - Identify and present upsell, and cross-sell opportunities based on evolving client needs. - Analyse account performance trends to uncover growth opportunities and guide strategic decision-making. - Develop tailored account growth plans with measurable objectives and timelines. Team & Project Collaboration - Work closely with project management, delivery, and product teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of services - Communicate client expectations clearly across teams, aligning deliverables with strategic account goals. Reporting & Performance Oversight - Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, highlighting KPIs, milestones, and progress toward account goals. Leadership & Mentorship - Mentor, guide, and support the Junior Account Manager in daily tasks and strategic development. - Delegate responsibilities effectively while fostering growth and autonomy in junior team members. - Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback   Must-Have Skills - Communication & active listening - 1 year + experience in client management / account management / project management - Emotional intelligence & empathy - Negotiation & time management - Account planning & growth strategy - Data analysis & business acumen - CRM tools - Project coordination & reporting - Presentation and pitch delivery - Team mentorship & delegation - Coaching junior staff - Conflict resolution What You’ll Get We believe great people deserve great perks.
