Experienced Kitchen Porters – £12.21 – £13.50 per hour - Manchester & Cheshire

Berkeley Scott is hiring experienced Kitchen Porters (KPs) to join our Manchester team.
We’re recruiting reliable, hard-working people to support busy kitchens across hotels, restaurants, stadiums, and event venues throughout Greater Manchester and Cheshire.

If you’ve worked as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, or Kitchen Operative and take pride in keeping a professional kitchen clean, safe, and running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment
• Receiving and organising deliveries and storing supplies correctly
• Removing rubbish and recycling safely
• Supporting chefs and front-of-house teams to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrable experience as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, or KP in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong work ethic and the ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate is desirable (training can be provided)
