Kitchen Porter - Monday to Friday | Contract Catering | Central London

We're recruiting reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porters to join our contract catering team in Central London. This is a Monday to Friday position, offering mainly daytime hours.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour - £14.80 + Holiday Pay (rate may vary depending on client and experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Support chefs with basic food preparation when required.
• Follow waste disposal and recycling procedures.
• Help keep the kitchen safe, organised, and well-stocked.
• Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year's Kitchen Porter experience in the UK (essential).
• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate preferred.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Must be available to work all 5 days, Monday to Friday.
