- HLTA qualification or relevant experience.
- Confidence in leading lessons and supporting learning.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for helping children thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in delivering high-quality learning experiences for all pupils.
- Lead and deliver planned lessons across the school.
- Have high expectations for learning and behaviour, inspiring and motivating children.
- Provide nurturing and supportive care, particularly for children with complex needs.
- Make learning an exciting and positive experience.
- Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, carers, and staff.
- Be willing to contribute to school life beyond the classroom, including events and activities
