As a labourer, you will work under the supervision of skilled professionals and contribute to the successful completion of projects by assisting with essential duties and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials, equipment, or tools
Assist in preparing work sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, erecting temporary structures, and performing general clean up.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks or other vehicles, ensuring they are properly stored and secured.
Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively, following appropriate guidelines and instructions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
Proficiency in handling tools, equipment, and materials with precision and safety.
Familiarity with construction techniques, tools, and materials is an asset.
