Join Our Client as a Lead HR Advisor - Central Services Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a real impact? Our client, a reputable organisation committed to fostering a competent and compliant workforce, is hiring for a Lead HR Advisor to support their Central Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders, provide expert guidance, and lead a dedicated HR team. What you'll be doing: * Advising managers on all human resources matters, including employee relations, policies, and performance management. * Managing complex staff relations cases such as grievances, disciplinaries, and long-term absences, liaising with legal representatives when necessary. * Ensuring HR policies are current, compliant, and effectively communicated across the organisation. * Coaching managers on staff development, employment legislation, and best practices. * Supporting TUPE projects and staff welfare initiatives. * Leading on HR system data accuracy, reporting, and analysis to inform decision-making. * Supporting and developing the HR team, driving process improvements, and contributing to the organisation's people strategy. * Deputising for the Human Resources Manager and engaging with internal and external stakeholders. What you'll bring: * CIPD qualification or equivalent experience. * Extensive experience across all HR functions, with a proven track record in handling complex employee relations. * Experience managing HR metrics and KPIs. * Line management experience within a HR team. * Excellent communication skills and IT literacy. * Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. * Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment. * Ability to work confidently across all levels of the organisation. * Willingness to travel across multiple sites; a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable. Additional requirements: * Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (to be completed upon appointment). * Ability to travel across various operational sites.
