As a Machine Operative, you'll be part of a supportive and experienced shift team within the inner lining department. Under the guidance of a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly, and maintaining high-quality standards across the board. What You'll Be Doing Set and operate machinery to match precise production specifications Manufacture aluminium cans to exact measurements and quality standards Work towards daily and weekly production targets efficiently and safely Keep your work area clean, safe, and well-organised Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth production process
