Machine Operator - Aerospace Environment Location: Redditch, Worcestershire Pay Rate: £13.64 (shift allowance added) per hour Shifts: Rotating - Morning, Afternoon & Night We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team based in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a precision-engineered, high-spec environment with long-term prospects and professional development. Key Responsibilities:
- Â Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to production specifications - Â Conduct routine machine checks and ensure preventative maintenance - Â Follow strict health, safety, and quality procedures - Â Maintain a clean and organised workspace - Â Work effectively as part of a team across rotating shifts
Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly):
- Â Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 - Â Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00 - Â Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00
Flexibility to work all three shifts is essential. Candidate Requirements:
- Â Previous experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment is advantageous - Â Ability to read and interpret technical instructions or engineering drawings - Â Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Â Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to shift-based work
