Job Responsibilities

  • Operate large-scale industrial machinery in accordance with defined instructions and operating procedures.
  • Follow production schedules efficiently within a small team or crew environment.
  • Manufacture adhesive-coated tapes for various high-demand applications.
  • Set up machines, load raw materials, and manually operate equipment to produce quality products.
  • Unload finished products from machinery, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Work from written or verbal instructions, applying judgement and selectivity as needed.
  • Maintain control over product quality, identifying issues and escalating problems when necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment at all times.
  • Utilise basic data entry and computer skills for operational documentation.
  • Operate forklift trucks (FLT) safely and efficiently, holding a valid FLT licence.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment by maintaining reliability and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing setting.
  • Valid forklift truck (FLT) licence.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within established procedures.
  • Strong time management and reliability with excellent attendance record.
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, quality-driven environments.
  • Commitment to working safely and promoting safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating 8-hour or 12 hour shift pattern, including days and evenings, Monday to Friday.
