As Maintenance Manager, you will be in charge of the general maintenance of the hotel, plus also the Health and Safety aspects, such as compliance and paperwork.  As Maintenance Manager you will perform weekly tasks such as fire testing.  You will be suported by a Team Leader and Maintenance Assistant.  Electrical knowledge is advantageous and hotel experience is essential.  If you have certificates such as pool plant, that will also be helpful, but we can put you through training.

What we need from you as Maintenance Manager - 

-Extensive general maintenance experience including plumbing and electrical
-Lead, motivate and monitor a small team to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment
-Delivery of excellent customer service
-Have knowledge of and operate hotel security and emergency procedures
-Proactive, quick thinking and adept at identifying and fixing maintenance issues
-Build good relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective outcomes for the business
-Ability to work well under pressure
-A team player, working hand in hand with other departments
