Maintenance Operative Location: Village location between Aylesbury and Bicester Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour Start Date: 29/09/2025 Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join our client on an ongoing assignment in a rural location between Aylesbury and Bicester. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you'll play a key part in supporting refurbishment and upkeep tasks. Due to the location, own transport is essential. Key Responsibilities: " Carrying out general maintenance and refurbishment duties " Stripping out old fittings and furnishings " Cleaning and preparing areas for reuse " Installing, trimming, and replenishing new materials " Performing varied repair and maintenance tasks as required " Supporting with refurbishment works to ensure high-quality finishes " Ensuring work areas are kept tidy and safe " Working outside in all weather conditions The Ideal Candidate: " Previous experience in a maintenance role is advantageous but not essential " Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail " Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons " Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team If you are hardworking, hands-on, and looking for ongoing work in a practical role, we would love to hear from you.
