You’ll lead the commercial function across responsive repairs and void works, managing a team of Surveyors while driving profitability, performance, and client value. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on contract and financial management. Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial performance across repairs contracts -
Manage financial reporting, CVRs, valuations, and cash flow -
Oversee subcontractor management and dispute resolution -
Mentor and develop junior Surveyors -
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
About You
-
Experience in a Senior QS / Managing Surveyor role (repairs/maintenance preferred) -
Strong knowledge of Schedule of Rates (SOR) contracts -
Proven commercial acumen and subcontractor management experience -
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills -
Strong leadership and communication skills
