| Manufacturing Operative – Redditch – £12.21 to £13.00/hour Location: Redditch Salary: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts Are you hands-on, mechanically minded, and looking for a long-term opportunity in a supportive, fast-paced environment? We’re currently seeking a proactive and dependable Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established team based in Redditch. This role would suit someone with experience in manual or production work who enjoys problem-solving and has a keen interest in engineering or mechanics.
