| Manufacturing Operative Are you a reliable and well-mannered individual looking for a stable role in a supportive, family-run company? We're a growing manufacturing business looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Operative to join our team. As a Manufacturing Operative, you'll be an integral part of our production process, primarily working with cutting machines. We're also excited to be embarking on a new project involving plastics, offering you the chance to expand your skills and contribute to innovative developments. Key Responsibilities - Operating and monitoring cutting machines to produce components according to specifications. - Ensuring the quality and accuracy of manufactured products. - Assisting with the setup and calibration of machinery. - Adhering to all health and safety regulations. - Maintaining a clean and organised work area. - Contributing to the successful implementation of new projects, particularly those involving plastics. What We're Looking For - Reliability: You're punctual, dependable, and committed to your work. - Good Manners: You're respectful, a team player, and communicate effectively. - Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not essential.
