  • Carry out quality checks on materials, products, and packaging throughout the process.
  • Fill, seal, label, and package finished goods according to specification.
  • Adjust quantities and monitor product weights to ensure accuracy.
  • Support equipment setup, validation, and production changeovers.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, laboratory, or similar environments.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules.

Desirable

  • Experience using manufacturing systems (e.g. QAD or similar).
  • Previous experience working within GMP or regulated environments.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shift.
  • Manual handling, including bending, reaching, and lifting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg) occasionally.
  • Comfortable working with production equipment and hand tools.
  • Must be willing to wear PPE and follow site safety and hygiene rules.

What's in It for You?

  • Competitive hourly rate with a 30% night shift allowance.
  • Consistent Monday to Thursday night shift pattern.
  • Long weekend every week.
  • Opportunity to work within a structured, high-quality manufacturing environment.
  • Support and guidance from Manpower Scotland throughout your assignment.
