| A well-established membership organisation that aims to share its passion for enjoying the great outdoors by providing an unrivalled choice of quality places to stay, at locations world-wide is looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Executive to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Along with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, you will also benefit from hybrid working opportunities, 1-2 days in the East Grinstead office per week. What you’ll be doing as Senior Marketing Campaign Executive: Reporting to the UK and Overseas Accommodation Marketing Managers, you will be responsible for the successful execution of impactful campaigns and activities. Working closely with product managers, the wider team and external agencies to support the development and implementation of the CRM strategy, identifying key member segments and opportunities for personalised communication to drive member engagement and growth that deliver against bookings targets and objectives. Key Tasks/Accountabilities: - Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on email, CRM, newsletters, and app/SMS communications — from brief development through to segmentation, deployment, and reporting - Work closely with CRM agencies and internal teams to segment and target member databases effectively, delivering personalised and relevant messages - Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance against agreed KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for future activity - Collaborate with Marketing Managers and product owners to identify key campaign focus areas and drive performance - Create and maintain campaign communication plans, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with channel owners - Assist in the creation and editing of content for email and other digital channels, including copywriting and image sourcing - Proofread all communications and liaise with product teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across all media - Ensure all activity complies with brand guidelines and relevant data protection and advertising regulations (e.g. GDPR, DPA, PECR, ASA) - Support with budget administration by processing purchase orders and invoices accurately and on time - Contribute to market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning and development What we’re looking for in a Senior Marketing Campaign Executive: - Previous marketing experience in an agency or client side within a B2C role with a strong focus on CRM. - Experience of working on marketing campaigns across email marketing. - Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. - Proven commercial acumen, ‘numerically literate,’ with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
