Marketing Executive

Are you a driven and creative marketing professional looking for your next challenge? Our client – a leading name in their industry – is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key marketing activities and help shape both B2C and B2B campaigns across the UK and EU.

?? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of innovative marketing communications, with a particular focus on email campaigns and strategy.
- Take full ownership of email campaigns via Force24, including newsletters, customer communications, and nurture programmes.
- Support event management from concept through to delivery – occasional UK travel will be required for major events.
- Deliver a wide range of marketing output, from digital content and video to printed materials and event collateral.
- Ensure a consistent, compelling customer journey across all campaign touchpoints.
- Maintain clean, accurate customer data within email and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Executive to develop engaging video content.
- Keep external product platforms and databases such as Virtual Worlds and TruBlue updated and optimised.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in PR activity and weekly workflow meetings.
- Produce campaign reporting and data analysis, including post-campaign reviews and performance improvement proposals.
- Contribute to monthly marketing board reports.

? About You:

Experience Required:

- 3+ years in a similar marketing role
- Proven track record in digital marketing, especially email communications
- Strong copywriting skills and excellent communication
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong data handling and campaign analysis experience
- Results-focused with creative flair and attention to detail
- Demonstrable success in achieving campaign goals and improving customer retention

Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent
- Strong project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Desirable:

- Confident, creative, and proactive mindset
- Experience in the builders’ merchant or KBB (kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms) sectors
- Commercial awareness and understanding of market trends
