| Marketing Manager - Bristol Full-time, permanent | Monday - Friday, 9-5 pm Mainly office-based with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + benefits, including: - Discretionary Bonus - 25 days' holiday + bank holidays (increasing every 2 years of service, up to 30 days) - Company pension scheme with salary sacrifice option - Free employee assistance programme and on-site mental health first aiders - Cycle to work scheme - Free on-site parking We're working with a well-established and respected organisation seeking a confident and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead a talented team and deliver powerful, data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple B2B brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins on marketing strategy, brand positioning, and performance all while nurturing a collaborative, creative, and high-performing team. The Role As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for steering the marketing function to achieve tangible results across a portfolio of B2B brands. You'll manage strategy, budgets, and people with equal skill, ensuring campaigns cut through the noise and generate measurable commercial impact. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, inspire, and develop the marketing team to deliver exceptional results. - Shape and implement the group's B2B marketing strategy and annual plan. - Manage budgets and ensure all marketing activity drives ROI and supports business growth. - Oversee key projects such as website launches, product campaigns, and brand initiatives. - Ensure brand consistency and creative quality across all channels and collateral. - Use data and analytics to track performance, inform decisions, and refine future activity. - Work closely with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and external agencies to execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns. - Support recruitment, mentoring, and professional development within the marketing department. About You You're an experienced B2B Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. You're confident working across multiple brands or business units, comfortable in fast-moving environments, and you know how to bring teams together to deliver real commercial impact. What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role, ideally within B2B. - Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing and empowering teams. - Skilled in budget management, campaign planning, and stakeholder engagement. - Excellent communication and project management abilities. - Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, GA4, CMS platforms, and marketing automation systems. - A data-driven mindset with creative flair and commercial awareness - Desirable: - Experience managing marketing across multiple brands or divisions. - Experience organising or promoting trade shows, exhibitions, or corporate events. - Willingness to travel occasionally to other offices.
