Material Handler Location: Heysham Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 Pay: £12.65 per hour
The Material Handler supports warehouse operations by picking, packing, and preparing UK and Export shipments while following safety, quality, and security procedures.
Key Duties
Pick and prepare shipments using pick lists
Pack and label goods correctly
Load export shipments and complete paperwork
Use courier and shipment systems
Keep work areas stocked with required supplies
Operate equipment once trained
Report damaged items or faulty equipment
Follow health & safety, quality, and security rules
Support continuous improvement activities
Required Skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions
Preferred (Not Essential)
Previous warehouse experience
Forklift license
