| Mechanical Project Manager Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Mechanical Project Manager to join our team, delivering high-quality commercial office fit-out projects across Central London. This is a site-based role overseeing CAT A & CAT B commercial office fit-outs, with a focus on the installation of air conditioning, ventilation, and associated mechanical plant. Project values typically range from £2m to £8m. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multi-disciplined mechanical services installations, ideally within the commercial sector. Responsibilities will include: - Project programming and planning - Preparation and management of technical submittals - Procurement of materials and subcontractors - Subcontractor and labour management - Cost control and budget management - Progress reporting - Health & safety management - Project and programme implementation - Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and designs - Attending and leading technical and progress meetings - Regular site inspections and snagging - Compilation and handover of O&M manuals Salary & Package - £70,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience) - Travel expenses to site covered - 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 2 years’ service) - Pension scheme This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-value commercial projects in London.
