About the Role
A leading Tier One civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is looking to appoint an experienced MEICA Manager to oversee Mechanical, Electrical and ICA delivery across water sector projects. This is a senior, hands on role with long term secured work and clear progression.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and deliver all MEICA activities from design through to completion
• Ensure designs are buildable and challenge them through value engineering
• Provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical and control systems
• Lead and develop a small MEICA team alongside civil delivery teams
• Manage programme, budget, supply chain and performance
• Oversee commissioning, ITPs and quality documentation
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety, including electrical safety
• Build strong working relationships with clients, designers and stakeholders
• Support tendering and future work winning activities
Requirements
Essential
• Proven experience as a MEICA Manager or MEICA Project Manager
• Background delivering MEICA works within the water industry
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Methodical approach with a focus on safety, quality and delivery
Desirable
• Degree, HND or HNC in a relevant discipline
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• CSCS card
• APM membership or equivalent experience
