Job Description

Manpower are now recruiting for one of our National Clients, for a Membership Services Administrator, for a 3 month period starting asap based in Liverpool.

Role Details:

  • Position: Membership Services Administrator.
  • Pay: £26.82 per hour
  • Location: Liverpool (L3)
  • Contract: 3 month assignment.
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00 - 17:00; Friday, 09:00 - 16:00.
  • Remote Work: Not available due to the sensitive nature of the information handled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and customer service support to our extensive membership portfolio.
  • Accurately input and manage sensitive data.
  • Offer basic guidance to members with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables) and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills with an empathetic telephone manner.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
