Role: Adults Mental Health Social Worker

Salary: £34ph

Location: Westmorland and Furness Council, South lakes and Eden

Job Type: Locum

Shifts: 37 hours a week, Mon - Fri

Benefits: can do condensed hours - full time into 4 days work. Hybrid - 3 days in office a week.

About the Role:

• Details of the work to be carried out: care act assessments, Support Planning, reviews, S117, hospital discharge, tribunal work, duty cover
• Will be in the mental health team and TM is looking for an EPW SW to do care act assessments / support planning / reviews / hospital discharges etc
• Caseload: Varying complexity, max 18-20.
• Geographical area required to cover - South Lakes and Eden

Who We Are Looking For:

• * Education: Degree in Social Work
• * Licenses: (If required)

In line with the Department for Education's updated agency rules, all candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of three years post-qualifying experience (PQE) in direct employment with an English local authority
• Must not have left a permanent social work role within the past six months from a children's services department or a local authority in the South West region
• Must be available to work from the office in Torbay each week
