Job Description
Our Motor Trade Client is a large Accident Repair Centre, based in Ross-on-Wye and they require an experienced MET Technician / Strip Fit Technician to join their busy team of bodyshop productives.

Benefits:

- Starting salary around £16 per hour (negotiable pending experience). 
- Time-saving save bonus scheme available up to £6,000+ per annum.
- Overtime subject to availability paid at standard rate.
- 20 days annual holiday plus the bank holidays.
- Full in-house training provided. 
- 40-hour week Monday to Friday with flexible working hours available.
- Occasional overtime may be required subject to business demand so you will need to be flexible with this however it would be paid as overtime.

Typical duties:

- Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles in line with our Client’s high standards
- Familiarity with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to be successful in the role.
- To identify additional repair work and liaise with the bodyshop advisor
- Communicating effectively with other team members
- Carry out quality controls

Requirements:

- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- ATA qualification would be beneficial
- Experience as a MET Technician within an accident repair centre

For your hard work as a MET Technician/ Strip Fit Technician for our client; you will be paid up to £33,280 with OTE circa of £39,280.
