We are partnered with a prestigious 5 star hotel in the Scottish Highlands who seek an experienced Restaurant Manager.  You will be someone who has worked to a 3-4AA Rosette or Michelin standard in a fine dining hotel restaurant and 5 star luxury hotel and understands what is required for this type of service.  You will have the highest of standards and instil this in your team.  You will be a Restaurant Manager who can train and develop a team.  You will also be a Duty Manager for the hotel.

As Restaurant Manager you will have excellent knowledge of food and drink, including wine and whisky.  You will liaise with the kitchen and other parts of the hotel to ensure a flawless experience.

This role is in a remote part of the Scottish Highlands and so you must be someone who will enjoy this way of life.  We seek a Restaurant Manager who will be in the role for a few years and who can grow with the company, therefore this will be a lifestyle choice as well as a career.  I cannot stress that enough as longevity is very important.
