Multi Drop Driver - Nights (Full Time, Temp to Perm)

Location: Cheltenham & surrounding areas
Hours: 4 nights per week * 38 hours * Start times vary by round
Licence: Full UK Car Driving Licence required
Pay: £2,044.45 per month + £80 guaranteed commission + £53.32 driving safety bonus + additional commission & gallonage

About the Role

Join a well-established, family-run delivery operation as a Multi Drop Driver, delivering fresh products straight to customers' doorsteps. This is a hands-on, active role with night shifts and early finishes-perfect for maintaining a great work-life balance.

You'll load your vehicle, complete multi-drop rounds, use handheld devices to track orders, collect empties, and provide excellent customer service. Full training will be provided by an experienced team member.

What You'll Do

• Deliver fresh products to doorstep customers
• Use handheld devices to update orders and record payments
• Build strong relationships with customers on your regular route
• Ensure safe, accurate and timely deliveries

• Reliable, self-motivated and customer-focused
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail and good time management
• Able to work independently throughout the night
