📍 Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk | 🕒 Full-Time | 💷 Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

Are you an experienced engineering professional ready to take the lead on new product launches? A growing and ambitious engineering business in Mildenhall, Suffolk is looking for a talented New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager to oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of new projects.

This is a pivotal role where you'll manage cross-functional teams, liaise with key customers and suppliers, and ensure new products are developed efficiently and integrated seamlessly into production.

🔧 Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of new project development, including:
• Feasibility reviews
• Tooling design and manufacture
• Assembly development and validation
• Handover to production
• Oversee CMM measurements and PPAP documentation preparation
• Coordinate communication with internal teams and customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with suppliers to meet technical and timeline objectives
• Provide design and manufacturing support to customers during development

✅ What You'll Bring to the Team:

Required:

• 3+ years' experience in an engineering or fabrication environment
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proactive mindset and ability to implement best practices

Preferred:

• Experience operating CMM equipment
• 3D CAD experience or qualifications
• Familiarity with PFMEA, DFMEA, and control plans
• Previous involvement in APQP/PPAP projects
