Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early development? Do you thrive in a fun, nurturing environment where every day is different? Berkeley Scott is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistants to join our growing temporary workforce!

About the Role

As a Nursery Assistant working with Berkeley Scott, you will:

  • Support nursery staff in creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment
  • Assist with daily activities, play sessions, and learning opportunities
  • Help with meal preparation, nappy changing, and general care routines
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the nursery team
  • Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
  • Adapt to different nursery settings and confidently integrate into new teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a childcare or nursery setting (preferred)
  • A genuine passion for early years education
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
  • A DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
