Do you have a CACHE Diploma in Childcare (or a similar qualification) tucked away in your toolbox? We’re on the hunt for amazing Nursery Practitioners to join our incredible clients across Vale of Glamorgan and the surrounding area – and we need YOU to help make their nurseries sparkle!

What’s the role all about?

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll be building the foundations of the next generation’s future! From messy play to story time adventures, your job is to bring joy, creativity, and learning into the lives of young children. A typical day in the life of a Nursery Practitioner might include:

• Engaging playtime sessions that help children develop key skills (and giggles!)
• Planning fun, age-appropriate activities to spark imagination and curiosity
• Providing a safe and secure environment where little ones can explore the world around them
• Building strong relationships with parents to ensure their children’s well-being and progress
• Helping with snack time, nap time, and every other ‘time’ in between!

Requirements:

• A CACHE Diploma in Childcare or a related qualification (all levels welcome!)
• An enhanced DBS (because safety is always top priority!)
• EWC registration – if you're not registered yet, we’ll help you through it!
• Most importantly – a passion for working with children and a sprinkle of magic to brighten their day!
