We’re seeking a confident Office Manager to join our small friendly team in Leamington Spa.
About Us We’re a family ran company dedicated to delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants across Leamington Spa. Our office is a hub of collaboration, efficiency, and good coffee — and we’re looking for someone to help keep it running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration - Support property managers with scheduling, documentation, and client communication - Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures - Help foster a positive, productive working environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in office management or administration - Excellent organisational and communication skills - A proactive attitude and ability to work independently - Familiarity with property management (a plus, but not essential) - Comfortable with digital tools and office software
Hours & Salary
- Part-time: 30 or 35 hours per week (flexible scheduling available) - Salary: Pro rata £30,000 per annum
