| On site Co-Ordinator /Performance Coach Hours            ~         TBC but must be flexible and work occasional weekends/evenings Pay                 ~         £32,000pa Working with           ~         Gist site team & Pertemps Colleagues                                   Job Description – On site Co-ordinator & Performance coach - (Chilled Environment) Requirements: - Proven experience in a similar role within a chilled warehouse environment. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and effectively manage a team. - Solid understanding of people management practices. - Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. - Flexibility to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all agency warehouse operations during the day or night shift. - Foster effective collaboration between Pertemps staff and client teams. - Ensure all agency staff consistently wear the correct Health & Safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Lead and support warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and performance. - Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. - Organise and conduct monthly staff engagement sessions (‘surgeries’) to address issues, gather feedback, and provide support. - Coordinate and assist with recruitment and induction days.  Please send your CV to: Bev.clarkson@pertemps.co.uk [1] Links: ------ [1] mailto:Bev.clarkson@pertemps.co.uk |
