| On-Site Shift Co-ordinator – Parcel Sorting Centre (Atherstone) 13:30pm – 22:30 shift / £14.50 per hour Contract role Mid - October – End of December (Seasonal Peak) Ready to take charge in one of the busiest logistics environments of the year? We’re on the lookout for dynamic, people-driven On-Site Co-ordinators to lead teams through the festive peak at our Atherstone Parcel Sorting Centre. If you thrive on fast-paced challenges, love working with people, and know how to deliver results under pressure – this is your chance to shine! What You’ll Be Doing - - Being the go-to person on site, making sure worker numbers match the demand – no parcel left behind! - Oversee workforce management including time & attendance, PPE compliance, staff welfare, and ensuring shift numbers are met - Planning and managing shift patterns across a busy 7-day operation. - Building rock-solid relationships with site management – you’ll be their trusted partner. - Joining daily client calls to share updates and tackle last-minute changes. - Driving quick-fire solutions in a high-energy environment. - Leading, coaching, and motivating your on-site team to smash KPIs and fulfilment targets. - Keeping payroll on track by ensuring all hours are logged and authorised correctly.  What We’re Looking For - - Proven experience managing recruitment on-site (logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is a big plus). - A confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. - Organised, solutions-focused, and ready to think on your feet. - A natural people person who can inspire and manage teams in a high-pressure environment. - Comfortable with CRMs, trackers, and scheduling software – or quick to pick them up. - Flexibility to roll with the demands of a 24/7 operation.  What’s In It for you - - A chance to work with one of the region’s biggest names in logistics. - A role where you’ll directly impact peak performance – you’ll be at the heart of the action!  If you’re ready to step into a fast-paced, people-focused role and make this peak season a success, click Apply Now or send your CV to hayley.whitehead@pertemps.co.uk |
