As their business continues to grow, our client is looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Manager to join their team and help drive projects forward on a full-time permanent basis.

Role Overview: As Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day running of multiple active groundwork sites. This is a hands-on position where your presence on-site will be just as important as your office-based responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate operations across multiple active groundwork sites
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance, and support site teams
- Manage procurement processes, project documentation, and schedules
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Uphold and enforce Health & Safety standards, fostering a safety-first culture
Experience:
- Experience in operations, site management, or project coordination (ground works or construction preferred)
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of procurement systems and Health & Safety procedures
- Full UK driving licence (essential due to travel requirements)
- Estimating experience is advantageous but not essential
