An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and adaptable Operations Manager to join a unique destination just outside Bath.

We are looking for a hands-on,operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety that comes with managing a diverse and dynamic site.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the business, ensuring exceptional standards across all areas.

This is a highly varied role where no two days are the same. You will lead by example, support departmental teams, address operational challenges, and ensure guests and members receive an outstanding experience.

Success in this role will require someone who can think on their feet, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and maintain a calm and professional approach at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operation of the site
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage, coach and develop operational teams
• Maintain high standards across all areas of the business
• Resolve operational issues effectively and efficiently
• Support the delivery of business objectives and service excellence
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and company procedures
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency

About You

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Hotel Manager, Duty Manager or similar leadership position
• A hotel background would be highly desirable, although applicants from other hospitality sectors will also be considered
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commercially aware with a proactive and flexible approach
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Confident making decisions and thinking on your feet
