Join a global banking organisation delivering critical mainframe automation and monitoring solutions. We’re hiring an experienced OPS/MVS Automation Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-scale automation across IBM z environments.
The role tasks:
- Build and enhance mainframe automation & monitoring rules - Administer and support OPS/MVS (Broadcom) - Troubleshoot incidents & provide production support - Deliver automation solutions aligned to global standards - Work with stakeholders to design effective, scalable solutions
To apply you should have the following skills and experience:
- Strong IBM z / Mainframe background (automation focus) - Experience with OPS/MVS or IBM SA / NetView - REXX scripting skills - Solid understanding of incident, problem & change processes - Proven production support & troubleshooting experience - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Nice to have(s): Confluence, Jira, GitHub
Inside IR35 PAYE (No umbrella fees or Employers NI) - Fully Remote (UK/EU) - Immediate start preferred
