| Paraplanner Weston-super-Mare Exeter / Plymouth / (hybrid working available) Full-time or part-time | 36.25 hours per week (flexible options available) Are you ready to take the next step in your financial services career? We're representing a leading financial planning firm in the South West that prides itself on putting clients first. They're currently looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join their collaborative team. This opportunity is available across three offices - Exeter, Plymouth, and Weston-super-Mare - with flexible and hybrid working arrangements on offer. The Role As a Paraplanner, you'll be a vital part of the advice process, working closely with Financial Planners to research, analyse and produce tailored recommendations and high-quality reports for clients. Your diligence and insight will directly support clients in achieving long-term financial security and peace of mind. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with Financial Planners to conduct thorough research and analyse client needs - Prepare accurate, compliant financial planning reports, including cashflow modelling and product recommendations - Research financial products, markets, and legislative updates to support advice suitability - Documenting, tracking and managing paraplanning workflow - Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory standards and industry best practice - Attend client meetings where required, offering technical input and insights What We're Looking For - Previous experience as a Paraplanner within financial planning or wealth management - Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and paraplanning best practice - High attention to detail and a methodical, analytical mindset - Good communication skills and a collaborative approach - Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) essential; Advanced Diploma (APFS) desirable - Experience using Intelliflo Office or similar platforms preferred What's on Offer - Salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) - Flexible working hours and hybrid office/home arrangements - Supportive, people-first culture with strong development pathways - 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (plus buy/sell holiday options) - Life assurance (3x salary) - Pension: 3% employer contribution, rising to 4% (matched up to 6%) after 4 years' service - Enhanced maternity/paternity pay after one year of service - Private Medical Insurance (via flexible benefits) - Cycle to Work, Payroll Giving, and access to Westfield Health & Rewards - Commission schemes for introducing clients and new staff - 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme Please click on apply!  |
