A reliable well-established company are seeking a reliable and committed Part-Time Finance Assistant to join their Finance Team.
This role involves supporting day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting with various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Management: Process purchase and sales invoices; manage supplier and customer accounts; handle credit control. - Payroll Processing: Assist with payroll, including CIS tax statements and sub-contractor payments. - Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements - Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of financial statements and reports - Administrative Support: Manage financial correspondence; order stationery; assist the Finance Manager with various accounting duties
What’s required
- Experience working in a similar role within Finance for 2 years would be an advantage. - knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and accounting software such as Sage Accounts and Payroll. - experience of accounts payable ot credit control - Focused who is a good team player and good attention to detail
