Part Time Office Administrator
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to join our small, friendly team in Grangemouth. This is a fully office-based role (with no remote work options) in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a natural team player with exceptional communication skills and a strong eye for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end processing: Handle a wide variety of tasks across both order processing and invoicing.
- Support the team: Work collaboratively within a close-knit, busy office environment to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Maintain accuracy: Ensure high levels of efficiency and strict attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
- Hours of work : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm
Requirements & Qualifications: - Team player: A natural ability to collaborate and integrate seamlessly into a small team.
- Communication skills: Confident, clear, and natural communication style.
- Haulage experience: Previous experience in haulage administration is highly advantageous, though not strictly required.
- Schedule flexibility: Must be available to work additional hours to cover holiday leave.
Own transport car / motorbike essential: We are located in Grangemouth docks and pedestrian access is not encouraged. E scooters are not permitted within the docks.
