Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet visitors and manage the reception area
• Professionally handle incoming calls and direct enquiries
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide administrative support
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front-of-house environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous reception or customer service experience (corporate background preferred but not essential)
